As I wake up, take the dogs out and drink a cup of coffee I ask myself that very question. The past couple weeks I’ve had a desire for more. My mind is spinning with ways to accomplish “more”. What exactly “more” is, is the question. We are currently at the end of our longest vacation yet and while there has been fun times and stressful times, there’s been a lot of quiet times. I’ve learned that when my mind is quiet and bare of worry is when ideas and creativity come shooting out. Side note: my idea of creativity is probably not the same as yours (laugh out loud). Over the last two and a half days I have created a website, created a blog and decided to join the Lake Martin area association of realtors. No, we are not moving (just yet anyway). Lord willing, we will have a 2nd home up here when He decides the time is right. I haven’t visited a lot of other lakes but what I can say is that I don’t care to. We have explored just about every square inch of Lake Martin by boat and now we have started exploring by land. There is everything you could possibly want, flat open land, heavily wooded steep land, small houses, mobile homes, average sized homes and gorgeous huge homes that are owned by the wealthiest of the wealthy.
There is also, surprisingly, run down shacks that look uninhabitable. I find myself thinking “just let me buy that and I’ll make it “more”. So stick around and see what “more” I have to offer 😉 Also, check out my *unfinished * website where I will feature homes currently on the market in the Wiregrass and maybe even waterfront homes on Lake Martin 😍 So, I’ll let you decide… is it a midlife crisis or just determination for more? I’d love to hear your thoughts 😁 https://jennsellsthewiregrass.my.canva.site/
